Recently award-winning Fine Art Photographers Manpreet and Evan spent some time in the jungles of central India photographing the majestic Bengal tigers and other animals and in this virtual talk are going to recount the logistics involved in doing so. What their experience was and talk about some incredible images they managed to create on their trip. What gear was most useful and some best practices
In this virtual talk with award-winning and Fine Art Photographer Manpreet Sokhi, he will share his best tips & tricks for photographing and creating amazing bird photographs. Manpreet will share how he goes about planning for his shoots, what kind of gear and accessories to bring and how he edits and retouches his images to add that personal touch and make his images stand out.
About Manpreet Sokhi
After years as a studio & commercial photographer, Manpreet discovered his love for wildlife & landscapes. Since then, a number of his images have received high scores at salons and also earned him a spot with Team Canada at the World Photographic Cup. He is a multi-award-winning photographer and also PPOC BC’s 2023 Photographer of the Year.
About Evan Will
Evan, a Canadian commercial and fine art photographer from rural Alberta, built his skills and business in North America before relocating to Asia, where he operated a studio in Tokyo for six years, working with global brands like Airbus, BMW, LVMH Group, Nintendo, and Suntory. He has received numerous accolades, including "Photographer of the Year" from the International Landscape Photographer of the Year awards in 2020 and "Photographic Artist of the Year" from the Professional Photographers of Canada - Alberta in 2021 and 2022. As part of Team Canada, his work has been featured in the World Photography Cup, various international magazines, and gallery shows in Japan and Canada. Evan enjoys exploring nature's beauty in his free time.
